c) Cancellations and Refunds
Each listing may have its own cancellation and refund policy. Guests are responsible for reviewing these prior to booking. Dovoyages may offer a discretionary resolution process for disputes, but we do not guarantee refunds.
5. Fees and Payments
We may charge service fees for the use of the Platform, which will be clearly disclosed during the booking process. Payments are processed via secure third-party providers. You authorize us to process transactions on your behalf.
6. Content and Intellectual Property
All content you post (e.g., photos, reviews, listings) remains yours, but you grant Dovoyages a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and promote your content in connection with the Platform.
